Our School has been working with ‘System IT’ for Procurement Services since October 2011. This is only a relatively short time but I have found it invaluable. The expertise that they have in knowing the market place and being able to find us comparison quotes for services that would take me considerable time to source is such a time saver. ‘Best Value’ is paramount to schools and System IT certainly helps achieve this.

We bought into the System IT procurement service in June last year and have saved the cost of the service and more. We found the Health Check very useful and have since changed various suppliers, or have negotiated prices with existing contracts.

Being a new head, I had a lot of information to decipher and any help to assist in making this an easier process was welcomed as the inference of saving money.
We have made significant savings using System IT and continue to do so. We have changed various suppliers for example, paper, Boiler Servicing, Water Provision, Fire Assessments, Electrical Testing and are in the process of giving notice to others including Waste Collection.

System I.T. took over our ICT maintenance and support contract in April 2011. The price of the contract was very fair and the changeover was handled professionally and efficiently. The on-going support for any hardware or software issues has been excellent, with everything being sorted incredibly quickly-this has been done either remotely or on site. New hardware and software has been sourced for us at a competitive price and installed rapidly.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending System I.T. to other schools for ICT support.
System I.T.'s procurement service is excellent value for money. Obviously, some schools will save more money than others - my school has saved thousands of pounds by changing contracts and suppliers for everything from grounds maintenance to photocopier paper! But it's not just about saving money- the exemplary support via email and telephone saves hours of time searching for supplies and services. Cheapest is not always best value, so System I.T. works tirelessly to use suppliers who offer the best quality supplies and services at the most reasonable cost. As part of the service, all the school's contracts and suppliers are entered onto a single spreadsheet for ease of reference and to keep track of renewal dates etc. An outstanding service which I wholeheartedly recommend!

The service I have received from System It for both computer maintenance and procurement has been professional and exemplary.
