System I.T. took over our ICT maintenance and support contract in April 2011. The price of the contract was very fair and the changeover was handled professionally and efficiently. The on-going support for any hardware or software issues has been excellent, with everything being sorted incredibly quickly-this has been done either remotely or on site. New hardware and software has been sourced for us at a competitive price and installed rapidly.

Obviously, some schools will save more money than others - my school has saved thousands of pounds by changing contracts and suppliers for everything from grounds maintenance to photocopier paper! But it's not just about saving money- the exemplary support via email and telephone saves hours of time searching for supplies and services. Cheapest is not always best value, so System I.T. works tirelessly to use suppliers who offer the best quality supplies and services at the most reasonable cost. As part of the service, all the school's contracts and suppliers are entered onto a single spreadsheet for ease of reference and to keep track of renewal dates etc. An outstanding service which I wholeheartedly recommend!
