ITQ Format

ITQ is the name for the NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) for IT Users. The ITQ is designed for anyone who is using IT in their day-to-day work. The aim of these qualifications is to recognize the application of a range of IT user skills and knowledge in the workplace. ITQ is a very flexible National Vocational Qualification enables you to gain credit for the IT skills that you need for your specific job.

There are 2 routes for the ITQ:

• We can offer the assessment only route where the candidate will be assessed on the job by a qualified IT assessor to gather evidence and then gain the qualification.
• We can offer a training and assessment package where the candidate will be eligible for 2 days training at our fully equipped training suite plus the one to one assessment in the work place.

There may be times where there will be funding to offer this qualification free or at a reduced rate depending on the candidates previous qualifications. Please contact us to find out if your Company is eligible for funding.
