Telephone Help Desk Solutions

We offer a comprehensive helpdesk solution where clients can obtain support over the telephone by one of our Microsoft Certified Engineers. The helpdesk operates from 08:30 to 5pm Monday to Friday and are available to answer a range of questions. Problems that cannot be resolved by the helpdesk can be scaled to the next level.

We also have an after hours support number available where clients can request assistance up to 10pm at night. Please contact us for more information on this service.

Remote Support Solutions

Our Helpdesk implements the latest remote technologies to ensure that problems can be resolved quickly and effectively over the phone. Remote support ENABLES a helpdesk operator to take control of a client's screen and use it as if they were sitting right in front of it, enabling the operator to resolve problems with minimum disruption to the user. Remote support REMOVES the need for an engineer to visit your premises and is therefore a much more cost effective option.

Monitoring Solutions

To ensure your system is up and running when you need it, we offer pro-active monitoring solutions. We can monitor a client's servers, firewalls, routers, website, e-mails and even backups on a 24x7 basis to ensure that they are all up and running. Should any problems arise, we can quite often fix them without intervention from our clients.
